    It appears to be a blip issue. However, I noticed that right before the blip spam happened, there was a crash relating to Forestry Callouts. I would suggest simply removing it as the Dev has said that it is being discontinued due to a busy life outside of the modding scene.

    remove LSPDFR+, vocaldispatch, and policesmartradio
    then go to lspdfr\lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true
    this might be a fix but im not sure, if it doesnt work after this it is either a RageNativeUI issue or a mods folder memory access violation
     
    also, press the plus button that says "Quote" and add a quote to your message when replying to me, so i get a notification that you have replied.
