Try remove asiloader and attempt to run GTA V through Rage Plugin Hook and if it doesn't crash then it could be inflicting with the ELS Let me know if you're still experiencing issues and send and updated RagePluginHook.log if it does crash again

I re installed more radio chatter and fixed the issue. i purposely stay on older builds so my plugins will run.

Nevermind, i figured it out. maybe bc i sobered up lol it was compulite  i just had to reinstall it. thank you

Thanks a lot guys for your advices. When I created this topic, at that time the only fix was for me to enter the "default" GTA game and then load the RPH. Right now I'm installing again LSPDFR with all the plugins I need for a better gameplay. I will see if the problem still persists, if not I will try both of your fixes. Thanks a lot again

it worked! just played without crashing, thanks for the help

He is saying when he is in pursuit of a suspect he calls for backup and after a while they aren't in the pursuit anymore and the reason why I told him to download Ultimate Backup was because Ultimate Backup stays within the pursuit until it ends and the suspect is arrested, with the default one if they fall too far behind the backup disappears from the pursuit.

Navigate to GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true  
This should fix your issue please reply back if you're still having issues.
