And where would I find specifically this "Matt's" charger base? I promise I've done a whole lot of searching and can't find squat. -

I'm new to the whole livery stuff and I doubt any video is going to help me on this, so could you link the 2018 charger Matts base? I've tried searching all over, is it a model or a template like where and how do I find it?

Gotcha, I see a charger in one of the screenshots is that from the del perro pack or something else? -
SOLVED (Mods leave this up for people trying to figure out the same): If anyone else is having this issue: Download Paint.Net, open the old livery that has the license plate on it, then use the rectangle select tool and get the license plate (theres gonna be corners that you'll deal with in a second) then copy the plate you just selected, then open the new livery that you want on the car, then paste it (it should be pasted in the same spot so the license is recognized on the livery), then use the zoom tool and zoom in to the point where you see the pixels around the corners of the license plate, color it in based on your background, then replace the livery with the new one!

Hello, I found the perfect GA sheriff livery for an addon vehicle I downloaded from scorpionfam's page. The vehicle pack is the South Fulton PD pack and I found a 2020 FPIU livery for the FPIU that goes with the pack, and I noticed when I was swapping the liveries that the license plate on the original model was part of the livery so when I replaced it, the license plate vanished. I was wanting to know if anyone knew how to add a license plate to the ytd. Picture below shows the model after I swapped liveries. Or if someone knows how to edit dds files let me know

I really love what you did with this, but some feedback I have would be to make the blue lights more dark blue because it just kinda seems lighter than it should be, and maybe a workable spotlight or if you can't make a working one, have it pointed down. Other than that, good work and I would love to see more! -

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you need to go to your main game directory, then right click on the GTAV exe and click properties, then go to compatibility tab and uncheck the run in compatibility mode option.

Beautiful cars, accurate lighting. Uses SSLA so bonus points for that. Overall great pack if you're looking for municipal GA departments‼️ -
Dude you make some clean looking cars and the lighting is super accurate. I hope to see more car packs utilizing SSLA as it is way better than ELS will ever be lol.🤣

Some modders don't include the first stages to make the lighting as realistic as possible to the actual agency. Keep it on auto as it is not designed to have stage 1 or 2 lighting.

My silly self forgot to empty my recycle bin so it kept crashing, still can't backup through RPH after reinstalling, so I just manually created another copy of the game. Thanks for the help though.

Hey guys, I started noticing a reoccurring issue in my daily patrols. Sometimes when I initiate a traffic stop, the ped stops where they are and they completely glitch out, and if I get out of the vehicle it will then cancel the stop. Hope somebody can help me out here. Well I did have a video but a max file size of 4 MB is absolutely outrageous.

May be a stupid question, but I am new to PC gaming and have already gone through the RPH update process a couple of times now. After not playing for a while, feel like I am doing it for the first time again. Is there an easy way I can just download the update because there is no update button anywhere on steam after reverting to 3278.

Recently noticed an issue that occurs with some of my pullovers, not all but still a noticeable and annoying issue; When I initiate a traffic stop, the car will immediately stop where it is and the brake lights will strobe and the AI driver is spazzing out and won't pull over at all. Yes I have ElsTrafCtrlOn = false. I recently downloaded lively worlds and viewpointv.

Yeah this is the answer I marked for other people to see, just had to get rid of my forests of san andreas and I replaced it with Lively Worlds so its wayy better. Thanks for the help

No I don't have that I just deleted all my map mods and it started to work again lol
