I recently found a good shield mod, so I want to use that, but I don't know how to change the model. Can someone teach to me?

I'm using menyoo mod, but I need help. I'm making scenario like Illegal Weapon Trade, Gang Meetup. I want to make like this "When I shoot gun, NPC will react and attack to me" Like a Normal NPC, but I can't find how to do it. Sorry for bad english skill. Please tell me if you want know more.

I did now, but it didn't work. GTAV has no Problem. I checked RPH on Task Manager and when I opened RPH, It disappeared in a few seconds. I will reinstall RPH, and Try it Again. I reinstalled RPH, but still nothing happen.

I installed Only RPH and RAGENativeUI, I tried few times, I did setting of Anti-Virus Soft, But Still nothing happen.
