FIXED! It was the car mods causing issues, removed them and everything works better

Whenever I try to load into story mode with RPH, GTA 5 crashes. I am using LSPDFR, EUP including EUPFR Ultimate Edition and most required vehicle mods by it (Installed outfits through OpenIV, if it helps), Stop The Ped, Callout Interface, Grammar Police, Ultimate Backup, CompuLite, and some callout mods. I do have HeapAdjuster, SHVDN, Scripthook, Packfile Limit Adjuster, all that stuff. It always seems to crash when Rage says "Completing Interoperability". Forgot to add a crashlog. It seems to either be a problem with PEV SALE or RDE, because I had those, the FIB SWAT model changer and frogger, and Menyoo. Removed Menyoo and the FIB one, increased heap size to 2000, it still crashes.
