If those do not work, then it is indeed a issue with that vehicle.

To update your GTA V, delete the GTA5.exe and verify game files.
Verifying Game Files:
Once that is done, download and install the manual version of LSPDFR to update LSPDFR/RPH.

andy.le reacted to UnknownBastion in Game crashed mid game@PC LeoSide note, they don't actually have Callout Manager installed. The process that registers the callouts in Plugins/LSPDFR into LSPDFR is also called Callout Manager. You can tell if they do if you check the plugins loaded in the log under the Plugins/LSPDFR section.

Please remove CalloutManager it is 5 years out of date and causing the crash, you can use something like Callouts Interface linked below.
