It’s reported to work for many others. I’d be surprised if you’re the only one having issues. Fully remove ELS alongside AdvancedHookV and reinstall ELS 1.05. 

Hey there! this is not the log we need to locate the crash. the log needed is in your main game directory, not the logs folder. it's a txt file located just under you RPH.exe named RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log

Great idea! This can save a lot of time for someone who don't have it much to test all plugins and just wanna enjoy his small part of time at gameplay. A lot of plugins that I test for now is similar for what you already post here but here is rest from me:

ScriptHookVDotNet (nightly) - if someone want use scripts he can have problem with normal SHVDN - its like to crash with LSPDFR - nightly version works fine

ALPRLite CombatEnhanced HoldMyGun - this one have conflict with STP Realistic Weapon System so if you want use this plugin you have to remember to turn it off (it can be disabled in-game by G button -> Disable Realistic... but you have to do it always when you launch game and go on duty) or disable it in STP.ini PoliceRepairShops Speed Radar Lite Tourniquet

Also good reminder for someone who start with plugins/mods - remember that if you add too many plugins/mods your game can start drop fps so be careful to don't overdo it.
 

Thank you for that. That's exactly what I've been missing myself for years. An accurate list of plugins that work and are always up to date. I will do my best - and of course it depends on the time I can invest here.

I play LSPDFR several years and I modded the game to perfection. The provided Links here are hand picked and my favourites. It runs very stable and my aim is to achieve the greatest possible degree of realism and immersion and I attach great importance to realism and immersion. I have often read the question about stable plugins. That's why I decided to open this thread. i'm taking the time here to list the plugins with the links because i want to give something back to this community.
 
Most plugins are from lspdfr.com. but some are from GTA5mods.com.

To be really straight forwards, no. At least not to my knowledge. But I am almost certain that is not a possibility. 

Is it possible to make an additional police car? For example police10, police14, etc.

First, ensure that you installed the AdvancedHookV patch that was released as a separate download on the ELS download page.
 
If you have already done that, please launch and have the game crash again, then send the ELS.log.
