If you have menyoo installed, the update broke it. They have put out an update for Menyoo, so you would need that.

I was having this issue as well, and found out it was because the update broke Menyoo. They ended up releasing an update to menyoo So if you have menyoo installed, you need to use the new update for menyoo.

I am trying to work out some issues I am having, and it seems that the likely culprit is EUP. Before the latest GTA update, I had both of these mods. U.S Vietnam EUP [SP & FiveM Addon] and Vietnam War US Army Pack for MP Male, which uses MPclothes. Now, since the update, when I spawn in an MP male ped, my game crashes with a scripthook error. I started doing some tests and found that they both work, but not together. So I removed MPclothing and just installed EUP with the Vietnam EUP clothing. I then added this clothing mod, Helicopter Pilot EUP [SP & FiveM Addon] by the same Modder as the Vietnam EUP clothing, and the same thing happens. When I spawn an MP male, my game crashes. I am thinking something is happening with EUP. The only EUP thing I have installed is EUP Law and Order. Is there something I am missing, or is there an issue because of the new update? I should also say I have the latest gameconfig Safehouse in the Hills. I also have heap,packfile, predpropPedProp Limit Adjuster, and Resource Adjuster. It was all working fine until this latest update, and I am not sure what I need to do to fix this

I want to thank K4te for the help. I did find a solution after a lot of issues. Im not sure what the issue was but every time I installed the OVI file into the mods folder the EUP folder never showed up. I did a fresh instal of everything and once that happened Everything is now working like it should be.

I am pretty sure I installed the OVI into the mods folder and I double check and reinstalled and made sure it was in the mods folder but its still not whowing up I am trying to manually instal but have not found a tutorialy other than ones for the OVI. Thanks for the link to the updated RNUI i will install that too.

I belive I have installed EUP law and order and the EUP menu but the EUP folder does not show up in my DLCPACKS in OpenIV. I will admit I may have done something wrong but I installed the EUP law and order OIV but I was having a bit of an issue with the EUP menu because every tutorial I found was for the Steam version, and I use the launcher. From what I gathered, I just place the plugins folder into the main directory and place the RAGEnativeui that comes in the file into the main directory. But if I am doing something wrong I could use a bit of help

I still have not gotten ELS to work but I did get my lights working. If the cars you are using came with a Carcols and a carvariations.meta that might be your light issue. I deleted the lines the mod had me put into the Carvaiation.met and now my lights work for it. You might give that a shot.

Natural vision Evolved its a graphics overhaul mod. Scripthook update messed it up so the game won't run with it installed until an update for NVE comes out.

The game does not crash. thats the thing. I get that popup but the game itself is fine. It just will not run ELS I did get my lights fixed where they work it was an issue with one of the files for the mod it's self

As far as I know unless the July NVE is now out NVE is not working. They said the scripthook update messed it up and we would have to wait for the early July version before it would be working again.

I am not even sure I am posting this in the right place but here it goes. I have installed this ELS police car mod. https://libertycity.net/files/load/107345-16d81b49319d0903b40ebc8883b98b46/ I installed the emergency lighting system 1.05 from here which was what the video I saw showed to do and where to install the car model. my issue is every time I launch the game I get a scripthook error that says error occurred while executing ELS.ASI and then it gives a code 0x0007ff88ad450e0)id37 the car spawns fine the siren works but the lights do not.
