Hello. Yesterday I started experiencing issues with the GTA V Story Mode after downloading mods with the help of YouTube tutorials. What happened basically: I launched GTA V after installing the mods to test them. I got to the screen where you decide which mode you want to play, Story or Online. I chose Story Mode and then in the loading screen, it loaded for some time and then just closed. Didn't freeze before closing/crashing or anything. The whole game just randomly closed and brought me back to steam. First I tried verifying/validating game files on Steam and it found one problem and fixed it. I tried again but it still didn't work, closed in the Story Mode loading screen again. Then I tried renaming the mods folder to _mods because I heard that it's a common troubleshoot to know if your problem is about the mods folder. It worked. Based off of this I suspect that something is wrong in my mods folder but I don't really know what. I really don't want to start all over again. oops sorry i started this topic twice
