    It started when the new update came out. Seems like everyone has had issues with it. Installed the new ScriptHook and LSPDFR files, continued to have the issue. Was told by a moderator it was my Traffic Policer files... Deleted those and now I've got it to the point where I can open the menu in some cases but every now and then if I open it, my game crashes... Not sure of the issue.

    Having this same issue. ScripthookV has been updated to fix ELS but game is still crashing when I press F4 as well...
