  2. RPH will not even launch

    bradchad696969 posted a topic in Legacy
    Whenever i click on RPH to try and start the game nothing happens, game does not load and the task manager does not recognize that rph is even running, i have tired everything. reinstalling, restarting, reinstalling gta and opening the game then trying to start rph, literally nothing has worked and i am finding answers nowhere. can anyone help or has anyone experienced this issue before?
