    So i was playing with couple add on cars and then i wanted to download some more, they worked fine until they didint show up. Now its saying that XML Parsing Error at line 0, col 0:the following tags were not closed:SMandatoryPacksData, Paths, Paths. i tried to mess around to get it working but i think i got it even worse. This is the full file.
