So I've done a clean install of LSPDFR 0.4.9 or whatever the latest version is. Every time I try to open Rage Plugin Hook, I have a pop up that says "Error Steam Failed to Initialize. Please verify that the Steam Client is running and try again. I've tried installing with the "automatic" install, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4 times now, I've tried it manually, I've watched videos editing Rage Plugin Hooks settings, telling me what plugins are essential, and also tried a work around that I saw someone talk about and it still is not working. This is utter BS that it just isn't working so any help would be very much so appreciated. EDIT: I've tried reinstalling it and following what the guy does in the official installation with doing the first launch of rage plugin hook while the game is loading and rage plugin hook simply won't work. It will just stay on my screen and say "Loading Game" or "Launching Game" it's one of those two I just don't remember. Thanks in advance!
