nothing at all and it's also very rare to see people as well. I think its prolly my pc isn't the strongest yet so it can't handle the traffic cause it's a singe core but im upgrading soon to a quad core processer. All I need is a case and I'll be downloading everything again. I just want to get use to it now then have fun with the new computer.

As much as this is fun not having traffic in the way of calls I'm starting to get annoyed of no traffic to do stops on. I need a fix for this. I have that traffic mod and it's not working for me. I can't figure out how to open my script thing to spawn cars or repair cars.

Everything somewhat loads like some textures are missing but once I launch the lspd my game just crashes. I think its my laptop or something. Here is what I'm running.
