    SandyMotelConstruction is a redesigned and actively maintained modification for the Sandy Shores Motel, transforming one of Blaine County’s most recognizable locations into a more believable and detailed construction site.

    Some features such as traffic paths, AI node behavior, and certain map interactions may not function correctly in Singleplayer.
