i've uninstalled everything restarted with only essentials and no shades and still keep getting the same error i even checked to see if any are out of date by downloading fresh new copies from LSPDFR and a few from gta mods

Tried that and it still pops up the error

I don't have much installed at all just the essentials and blueghost unmarked pack never had any problem up until now and now i keep getting an error for Els saying that there is an exception loading ELS.asi i attached the asi log down below unless something else is needed asiloader.log

My game keeps crashing and i have no clue as into why i have uninstalled and re-installed and tried with no mods and mods i used to use before the update and no luck here is the report hopefully someone can find it out LSPDFR crash Report.txt
