its not really showing how to put the callins in, can someone help

how to install it, am i double clicking on misccallouts file folder an than going to GTA5 folder and than going to plugins lspdfr and pulling them three out to the directory or am i going to pull callout maps and GTA5 folder to the directory. or pulling both folders in lspdfr. im new to this- 68 comments
