    SOLVED I bassicly just deleted everything from the LSPDFR Manual and verified my game files again. Rockstar somehow messed up my game files so it was just a simple fix where i just broke my head with for no reason.

    Hey i wanted to play LSPDFR again after a bit of time and i just installed GTA again and just tried installing LSPDFR and RPH from the LCPDFR Website although whenever im loading in the game im stuck on a black loading screen saying "Loading LSPDFR" ill attach my latest log someone help me out please.     Hey there maybe try to load the plugin manually over the RPH console the bind to open the console is F4 and you just type in the command "LoadPlugin" and just fill out the plugin you want to load. In your case it should be LSPDFR
