    I made the config that ACTUALLY work, RPHD, LSIA, LSPP, DPPD, BCSO and all the others agency, fire dep ems ect, Will now spawn in world (not Ultimate backup there already a mod conf for it) make sure to download the required Mods Replace in Lspdfr>data>custom agency_eup.zip

    Game crash while playing for 10minutes, and the vehciles Like RHPD DPPD LSIA LSPP don't spawn ambient and Backup, Kinda disapointed
