Still dreading releases, but we'll see how this one does. This pack is primarily based in Charlotte County, Florida. However, Flagler County uses the same design with some small alterations and not on the same vehicles as each other, so they are not exactly the same, but very similar. None of these vehicles are intended to be 1:1, with some small changes (such as the yellow gradient on the Charlotte Co. cars IRL not reflecting here). These were originally planned to be for my new BCSO fleet as I am in the process of redoing all my departments, but I was asked about it being released, so here it is.
 
If you have any suggestions on what to add, or what to improve, leave a comment below. I've added next to anything I found online that is available for me to add. I am open to constructive criticism, but I will not entertain condescending or rude behavior to get what you want. Don't like it? Don't download it!

Planned:
At some point, I will come back and change out Matt's 2018 Charger for GM's as per request, and in addition, I will be adding a 2018 Ford Mustang when I find a Mustang that is templated and is something I can work with. I will likely not be adding any form of Tahoe as I have to change the design too much and it looks extremely odd on the 2018 I tried. I have several other projects I am working on in addition to being busy after around a month of being sick w/ kids. This pack is otherwise complete.

Today I bring to you my Non ELS Lore Livery ONLY FHP Vehicle pack that was made for the OCRP community. The OCRP community however will not be getting the Mustang and the Challenger and what they are getting I can't release due to privacy of the vehicle. The vehicles feature many things including:
 
- Reflective Liveries (Also removeable in mods).
- Light Templates to change each individual light to whatever color you want it to be.
- Vehicle Templates to change the liveries to something else that you would prefer instead of FHP (Although @ShadowShifter really outdid himself with the accuracy of these ones).
- Vehicle mods so you can add different spot light setups, ALPR Camera's, Turn off the Reflective Livery feature, Change out Prisoner Transport Partions and window bars, as well as K9 cages for the SUV's in the pack
- The EXACT vehicle pack being used by OCRP minus the Challenger and the Mustang
- Multiple light setups for different vehicles (Javelin lightbar for the Charger and Tahoe as well as a Valor option)
- Take Down and Cruise Lights as extra's (Extra's 11 and 12)
- ULC Compatible for the Take Downs and Cruise lights (Coming Soon)
- 3 Digit Call Sign/Unit Number Mods

Deadly Weapons is a plugin for LSPDFR to add a more dangerous feel to guns. GTA makes people sponges for gameplay, but LSPDFR aims for a more realistic approach.
 
With deadly weapons I increase damage taken by weapons for both the player and AI. Damage varies between limbs and whether the ped is wearing armor or not. It also introduces new auto panic button behavior for when the player fires their weapons.

This is my first thing ever uploaded for LSPDFR community. 
I hope you enjoy it. I did this because I needed a map
with designated districts for LSPDFR, and there wasn't 
one on the site that suited me. I decided to upload it 
for you as well, because maybe someone else needs it too.
I recomend paint every neighborhood as you want for better gameplay 🙂
