i tried to launch gta without RPH and it did the same. in the GTA log it says this: Background service unavailable: Titles file cannot be written, and Exit code 0xc0000409 indicates a fatal game exit (reason: Unknown Error Code)

If i launch the game, then press story mode, it loads as usual with the ragepluginhook screen but then suddenly dissapears, with nothing weird in the log. RagePluginHook.log

Here's what happend: ive downloaded LSPDFR, downloaded some plugins and custom uniforms and cars. I keep crashing. ive tried removing some outift stuff which now shows in the log that these are missing, but its giving another error. Missing name for outift variation. How do i fix this?
