    Ended up solving it after trying every solution xD Anyone who might have this problem in the future! right click your GTAV folder go to properties and give your users every permission on the security tab!

    The moment RagePluginHook starts GTAV it crashes "Unknown Game has Crashed" or something. I have no Mods folder. I cant find any log in my main folder
