I already solved the problem, I changed the ScriptHookV for the ScriptHookVNightly and then works

When I went to play LSPDFR this error in the ELS mod apperar but I already reinstall the ELS and the SciptHookV and the error is still in here. I played yesterday and was all OK but I tried to install Simple Hud but the game always crashed so I take it off and the ELS was working but now is not.

Is there a way to make only the police cars we want appear on the map, so that only the cars we install in a mod will show up?
