No lighting at all was showing up so I tried to redownload ELS and 2 more single add on vehicles and right as soon as I click to load the game with RAGE it crashes.... I give up. Defeated. I wish there was a way someone could remote tie in and look at these files it shouldnt be this difficult I dont understand. Thank you all for all your help we tried. see yall later 🙂

The light bars on all 4 sides (unmarked) look odd. one module on each side has one red module while the rest are clear. If that helps to determine what ive done wrong on the install.

okay.... So. I got the f150 to load in, ELS controller wont pop up and emergency lights/siren will not work even with the "M" menu?

so I just did 3 single vehicles and doing them as add-ons but I cannot seem to find the baller audioNameHash as it should be written line wise to replace my f150 because as it sits it will have no sound he says (on youtube) lol but ill do this one and see if it works and if so great ill do the other 2 if not im going to take the computer to a shooting range and empty ar clips into it... lol

Thank you for trying to help bud that is amazing of you. so I deleted that pack because I thought it maybe was to big and caused game to crash and my hunch was right I deleted the files of the pack and game starts right back up no problem. so Simply put I am going to look for a vehicle or 2 singles that are els so they arent huge and dont crash the game as I am playing on my macbook pro which yes does have an updated graphics card and 1TB of mem and stuff but was just too much. so back to the drawing boad on vehicles. trial and error right im trying to learn so at least I know next time.

Does the "ELS" get put into the main game folder as well? or do I even have to have it for that vehicle pack? and the siren limiter is only on the list because the pack said that I needed it apparently or ELS did one of the 2 I cannot remember

So if the pack is too big you think, I have also found just a couple single blackout unmarked models id be even happier with but keep the game vanilla police the same. id you tell me the best option ill be damn happy with either or.

I will look them up now. its nothing crazy but def want ELS and the dynamic lighting I think its called.. it shows the lighting flashing on the buildings and such surrounding area. and also the EUP clothing packs. Do i want "replace" or "add-on"?

lol now I feel dumb... lol I thought you meant to do it in openIV lol. so yes all is done and the one file in openIV (game config) is showing compressed but thats the only one. I think thats right lol

How do I copy the update folder into the mods folder? I am trying my hardest not to be a pain in your side im sorry!

i also added you on insta NoKarensWant3d is my name there. All of the above was a success. was able to go on duty and take calls. the native trainer kept getting stuck on screen but just cleared tasks in f4 menu so no big nothing is perfect.

Okay perfect! I finally just deleted and redownloaded the game, OpenIV, and winrar last night when I went to bed si its all a fresh start. lol I will do the above things and come back shortly and again thank you so much for your help!

Hello Cherry and thank you so much for the reply. So at this current point I have a vehicle package I believe which was done exactly how the read me and tutorial said and it hates me or a youtube video and read me steered me terribly wrong lol and also I believe the scriptV, to have the trainer and a duty script (ambulance escort) a protective escort (prisoner or high profile) escort and fiveM. BUT I only downloaded fiveM because it said its the easiest for downloading vehicles (for beginners) apparently but I want ELS with maybe 2 or 3 vehicles thats it and the duty scripts the trainer and the light controller that pops up in the lower right corner. I also have a few of the EUP packs (law & order, Serve, and EUP menu. and basically the LSPDFR loads in and the trainer I believe is working (plain word menu top left pops up) but no vehicles and even in the RAGE settings before opening the game the scripts dont show up to tic for plugin loading.

Hello Everyone! I want to start off by saying, Reading through some of the forums here (5 hrs worth lol) I am very pleased to see that most all of you veterans treat newbies like family and I appreciate that very heavily and commend each and every one of you for doing so. With that being said, I am EXTREMELY new to most all things PC and self teaching anything I know (Not much!) because I want to play LCPDFR so bad I can virtually taste it... I have tried basically every video on YouTube down to like I said spent 5 hrs of reading through forums on here, I have downloaded and Uninstalled literally 6 different times on the Game itself and everything else (Do I feel like a complete moron?? Yes ha ha yes I do) But I have done everything down to a T on every single one of the "Read Me" sheets and videos and all! That I am Honestly willing to just pay someone to help me! lol Idc what it takes and I know that none of you know me personally but I am not the type to ever ask for help I just fight through it and figure it out. I am at my wits end lol So i am finally breaking down and asking for help with this. Its prob one of the things that will drive ya`ll complete crazy being asked but I have OpenIV, Winrar,FiveM and everything else and Plenty of PC (Macbook Pro) to make it all run it plays perfectly fine. But I cannot since try #1 with the whole ordeal get any vehicles to load into play or the ELS or even trying non ELS. I have gotten the "trainer" to work twice but idk what the heck is wrong!!! Again I have never done any of this in 36 yrs of my life till 2 weeks or so ago. Can someone please find the time to help me figure this out and mentor me on a few things that will prob take you just 30 mins vs my 70 hrs trying to figure this out myself. Ill Pay idc! lol and please dont get frustrated with me im trying like hell!
