Replace all the files in this location
mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf
mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf

A retexture of Mario's Vapid Victor in the Liberty City Police Department livery.
I realized no one was doing this so I decided to do it myself.

Get the base model here:

Just replace the texture file with the one provided.
