This is a mod that changes the Noose (i.e., SWAT) ped in this game. If you're playing LSPDFR with mp_freemodemale, my mod can't be added as clothing. But you can use a menu similar to Menyoo's, change yourself to s_m_y_swat_01 in the model changer section, and play with this ped. -

A retexture of Mario's Vapid Victor in the Liberty City Police Department livery. I realized no one was doing this so I decided to do it myself. Get the base model here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/vapid-victor-pd-sd-taxi-civilian Just replace the texture file with the one provided. -
