Welcome to the 2019 Peterbilt Flatbed V2 by LG Customs
 
I have decided to release this publicly for people to use.
 
NON-ELS - Only the lights work as the flatbed is configured for no siren.
 
You can use this truck with the flatbed script that is widely available. Control the bed via CTRL/ALT Script that is used by Ice the Dev.
 
Please note if you do have the V1 of the flatbed. I switch the misc_a to misc_z to match the script.

For the towing script this is the one that I used. https://github.com/redneckmods/Flatbed-Script I won't provide support for any other scripts as I don't know how they work. It calls for the same as the normal flatbed in GTA.

Alright Last one for today. Mckinney PD mini pack. Focused on their newer fleet but will be expanded soon. As of no it only has 4 cars.
This is an ELS Hybrid pack. You are going to need SSLA(32 sirens mod) for all the lights to work properly you will also need to keep this in a DLC format since it uses custom meta files. These WILL NOT work as replace so keep that in mind.

This will go very well with my Plano PD pack as they are always assisting each other.

Hello this is my first mod ever so please do not be a dick and if you have pointers please feel free to let me now. I have always hated the default maverick and no one has ever made a LAPD skin for the as350 so I made one myself on Photoshop. It is not exact because there was no template so I mostly just guessed most of the time. Known problem is the logos are not aligned correctly and will fix in the near future. I will be making a lifenet medical helicopter in a couple days along with a highway patrol skin./all credit for the as350 goes to CristopherIgor ... update/ x64 /dlcpacks/ patchday3ng/ replace polmav. INFO: Over the past few months I've worked very hard on this pack to make it the best it possibly can for release, and its my best work yet of course.
This pack comes with: 95% breakable windows (all except the CVPI windshields), pushbar collisions, three light stages per vehicle, and functioning
takedowns for every vehicle.

INSTALLATION:
1. Make backups!
2. Drag all files included in the "Models" folder into: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(LATEST PATCHDAY)/dlc.rpf/x64>levels/gtav/vehicles.rpf, using OpenIV in edit mode.
3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "vehicles.meta" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS VCFs" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

KNOWN BUGS:
-CVPI windshield does not shatter.
-Due to the slots they are in, policeold1 and policeold2 spawn in with matte paint. This can be fixed by manually changing the color of the car in your trainer.

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Enjoy and have fun.

This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

PLEASE NOTE 
-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 
-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.
 
OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:
ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. About the Vehicle:
This vehicle was originally uploaded on 09/8/2018. To this day, It is still my most downloaded vehicle. I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown this file. This file has been continuously updated as my assets and skillset develops. Today, I'm prod to be able to release this vehicle with a complete overhaul. This vehicle has been completely redone from the tire up. The vehicle base has been changed along with many other developmental parts. This vehicle features the best equipment the modding community has to offer. Thank you to the amazing devs that put in countless hours. This vehicle still averages an insane amount of downloads DAILY. If you have previously used this vehicle, the old version will be included in the download should you choose to use it. Like I stated previously, all the lighting has been redone. I have tried to keep the lighting scheme similar for those who liked it how it was. The antennas have also been redone to reflect a more realistic police vehicle antenna setup. Check out the roadmap for projects coming in the near future. If you made a livery for the old version, it should still work with the new base.
