General
Kuchera Callouts is designed to be a highly replayable LSPDFR callout pack, allowing players to build upon the provided scenarios and use other modifications to further enhance scenes, investigations, and day-to-day police work. This callout pack offers a range of high-intensity calls that will have players seeking cover, as well as regular day-to-day calls that a typical police officer might encounter. Some callouts might seem high-intensity upon response, only for players to later discover that the suspects have already fled the scene. Customization options are available, letting players edit the included .ini file to modify police vehicle models, peds, and callout activation.
 
Two Versions
Base - No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. Callout Interface [new] - You will need to download and install callout interface  first, in order for this callout pack to work.

Key Features
Replay Factor - This callout pack has a vast number of coordinates and potential outcomes to ensure replayability. Every situation can end differently; even when you believe a situation is resolved, the suspect might surprise you. Enhanced Interactions [new] - Instead of having players repeatedly press the 'Y' button to progress through a memorized chat dialog, I've incorporated a range of randomized one-liners that suspects might say upon your arrival. These give hints on how to navigate each situation. While your imagination will guide your investigations, I recommend using this callout pack alongside other LSPDFR mods like Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup. Although they're not mandatory, they enhance the experience. Note: This pack doesn't spoon-feed you with dialogues on how to manage situations - that's up to you. For instance, if you see someone walking away from an accident scene, it's intentional. Suspect and Vehicle Items - Specific callouts may have items added to the suspect or vehicle inventory to guide your police action (e.g., burglary tools for silent alarms, drug paraphernalia for drug related calls, fake police badges for police impersonation calls). Always be alert; some suspects might carry weapons, like knives or broken bottles Realistic Calls - I have included a number of more "realistic" day to day calls that a police officer may respond to. Note, these calls can still lead to some hectic situations. Location Based Calls - You will only receive calls that are designated for your style of patrol. (patrolling the county will get you county calls, patrolling the city will get you city calls, etc). In addition, a number of the callouts will take you down into parking garages, alleyways, and nooks that you never knew existed in GTA. Search Areas - Some callouts will utilize a search area instead of a blip to have you do some real police work and investigate an area for the reported crime. False Alarms - There is a small chance that the call you are headed to is an ambush or false alarm or anything in-between.  Customization - This callout pack also comes with a .ini that you can edit to add your own city and county specific peds and vehicles along with the ability to disable callouts if you do not want them to dispatch. Scene Observations [updated] - Certain callouts include a scene observation notification that can assist you in building a case against a suspect and establishing probable cause.

Investigate the scene to find the cause of the accident and clear the road to reopen the roadway. Vehicle In Ditch - [140 Possible Locations] - Respond to the scene and assist the driver with medical aid if needed, clear the vehicle from the ditch. Vehicle On Train Tracks- [30 Possible Locations] - Respond to the scene and remove the vehicle from the train tracks before a train arrives. Abandoned Vehicle - [170 Possible Locations] - Reports of a vehicle abandoned on the shoulder, clear the vehicle and remove it from the side of the road. Foot Chase - [Infinite Locations] - Officers involved in foot chase require immediate assistance. Animal Struck [updated]  - [Infinite Locations] - Vehicle struck animal in roadway, investigate the cause of the accident and reopen the roadway. Active Shooter - [63 Possible Locations] - Reports of an active shooter, respond to the scene and neutralize the threat. There is a possibility you arrive and there is nothing going on, the call was a false alarm. Backup Required - [259 Possible Locations] - Officer out with a suspect requires backup. Animal In Roadway - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and use your siren and lights to remove the animal from the road. Disabled Vehicle - [Infinite Locations] - Reports of a disabled vehicle in the road, assist in clearing it and reopening the roadway. Disorderly Conduct - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and investigate. Possible fighting, drunk behavior, persons carrying weapons, ambush, or nothing at all. High Speed Chase - [Infinite Locations] - Assist officers in high speed chase of suspects fleeing in vehicle. Object In Road - [Infinite Locations] - Reports of object in the road causing a hazard, respond and remove the object from the road. Person With Gun / Knife - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and resolve the issue. Police Impersonator  - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and search for the police impersonator, conduct a traffic stop and investigate the allegations. Security Assistance  [updated] - [111 Possible Locations] - Security Officer requesting assistance. Respond and investigate. Silent Alarm - [309 Possible Locations] - Alarm tripped, respond to the scene and assist. This callout has a chance of being a false alarm. In this EUP Vest Pack ([EUP] SAST Vest Pack) you will find 7 differen't vests with textures that are based on the SAST (San Andreas State Highway Patrol/Trooper Department). Some with K9 vests, some with tan, and all with black versions. More types to come in following updates!

INSTRUCTIONS:
 
FIVEM
 
For FiveM simply install Hannakos vest pack into your servers recourse folder, then make the files fivem ready. After doing so drag all the files from Fivem/stream folder into your recourses stream folder. Then rename mp_m_freemode_01^task_diff_000.ydd to mp_m_freemode_01^task_diff_003.ydd. Restart your server. Enjoy.
 
SINGLEPLAYER
 
For singleplayer you will need any eup version installed and hannkos vest pack installed. In the packs files you will find files called mp_m_freemode_01_(patchday). Simply drag all the folders into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/eup_componentpeds.rpf. Enjoy.

This was my first release for gtav and I've come a long way since then. It has been several years since I have even looked at this vest pack and I likely wont pick it back up any time soon due to my focus shifting to other things. There are now many higher quality options available, both free and paid, and the version of eup these were built for is now outdated.
 
With all that said if you still wish to use them the textures will most certainly work with the proper vest models as they utilized vanilla vests (.ydd files). However you will likely have to find those vest models and install the textures to them on your own as the install instructions are most certainly outdated for newer versions of eup.

My first upload to the site I hope you all enjoy!
This pack started out as a single K9 vest for my own game but due to the interest in it I decided to make a few more and share them with everyone.
 
- These are vest skins for EUP with lots of options for each vest.
- Included so far are a vest for longsleeve uniforms, a vest for shortsleeve uniforms, and a vest for plain clothes units with several patch options for each.
 
- There are patch options that will work with any uniform (police, sheriff, etc.) and Lore specific options as well (LSPD, BCSO, etc.)
              - Patch options included so far :
                            -Police (flag or K9, 2 fonts)/ Sheriff (flag or K9, 2 fonts, Yellow k9 unit)/ State Police (flag or k9)/ Highway Patrol (flag or k9, 2 fonts)
                          
                           - Plain Clothes vest has 5 versions so far.

This pack contains vehicles used by the Clay County Sheriff's Office in Florida. Clay County is located in northeast Florida near Jacksonville, FL. Clay County provides police services for Keystone Heights, Fleming Island, Middleburg and other incorporated areas. Clay County Sheriff's Office is currently phasing out its Crown Victoria and moving to Chargers and Explorer. In the future I plan to release a pack with CCSO Suvs and Pickups.

About
Automatic Siren Cutout is a plugin created primarily for ELS users.  This script will automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles.  Be advised, this will not work if you use your mouse to exit your vehicle or toggle your lights.  Keyboard or controller only.
 
Included Features
Friendly Honk:  A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them. Traffic Light Control:  Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled.  This does not affect AI traffic. Traffic Yielding  AI will drive around your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.

The Eurocopter AS-350 is a single-engine light utility helicopter originally designed and manufactured in France by Aérospatiale and Eurocopter. This is the dual varient of the AS-350.
DESCRIPTION
− Personally, I'm not a fan of the naitive GTAV police helicopter, therefore with the greatful release from SkylineGTRFreak back in 2016, I present a 1:1 scale of the Los Angeles Police Department Air Support Unit helicopter.
− This replaces 'polmav' and is only locked to one livery slot. This however, can be changed and can be created as a dlc pack.
− Livery is in 6k, that's right. 6k, a number hardly used by us developers. This doesn't affect performance and is at the maximum size the model can handle.
 
NOTES
− Consult the readme.txt inside the .zip for further information.
 
BASIC INSTALLATION
− OpenIV
− Mods Folder
− 1. Install both .yft's and .ytd's in the latest patch day (\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday25ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\)
− 2. Start your game.

-----UPGRADING-----
If you're UPGRADING to a new version of this pack, all you need to do is replace the dlc.rpf and ELS VCF XML files.
If you're installing this pack for the FIRST time, you must follow the steps below.
 
-----Installation-----
1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
    mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Enable Edit Mode
3. Drag and drop the "bgeupack" folder inside the dlcpacks folder
4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
    mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click "Edit"
6. Directly after the latest entry in the XML, you must put the following line:
    <Item>dlcpacks:/bgeupack/</Item>
7. Click Save
8. Drag and drop the VCF.XML files to pack_default folder located at
    Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
9. Start GTA V.
 
DO NOT CREATE REPLACEMENTS OUT OF ANY OF THESE VEHICLES. THEY WON'T FUNCTION PROPERLY.
 
BUGS:
A few cars have first person camera clipping, use first person at your own discretion.
