Gonna do a fresh install and see what happens. Thanks for the help I'll read over the vehicles more, the seatbelt and nlaudio was a easy fix, the police life mod I think added its own version of the seatbelt.

The clothes were all incorrect like duty uniform and last outfit so I just quit. Here is the most recent rage log. RagePluginHook.log just tried the _mods and the clothes are incorrect like before and there are glitches in the world and with npc peds like arms missing

I tried that before and it made the game all wonky, what am I looking for after I change the mods folder to _mods?
