  1. Slow system or insufficient permissions

    Chad Broski1 posted a topic in Legacy
    When I try to launch Rage plugin hook it tells me "Slow system or insufficient permissions" But my system is fine, I've turned off my anti virus and I don't know what to do. I've looked at plenty of Youtube videos and non have been helpful. How can I get my Rage plugin hook working.
