  1. How to edit Ambient NPC officer uniforms?

    I'm trying to change the uniforms of deputies in Sandy Shores. Not the backup, just the deputies that spawn by themselves. Not sure where to edit them at. I've been at this for 6 hours already and just want to change Ambient NPC's uniforms to my custom uniform selection... Someone please help Also, I have the EUP Basic Config downloaded and installed but I basically want to change the default class A patrol uniform for NPC's to something I mixed up and made.
