I'm Taking a break from police vehicles, so I decided to put this little pack together for you all to enjoy.
To avoid disappointment, You can not get in the bucket ( don't blame me, It's R*'s model)
You have to install the vehicles.meta file for the crane to work, although this is purely a visual thing and optional.
 
Use your roof control to raise/lower the crane 'H' by default
 
The pack is final, so it will not be edited or updated
 
Templates are included. There's no Red/Blue options
 
The ladder on the F350 is set to extra 11 so it won't always spawn, but you can use the vehicle components option in your trainer (SNT)
All the shelving in the back of the van was built and stocked by me
As were the bags of sand and cement in the back of the pickup (Blue Circle cement is widely available in the UK as is DIALL building sand ( from B&Q DIY stores ))

Instructions:
Requirements: In order to change the skin of a vehicle on fivem you need OpenIV.
Changing the skin: Now with OpenIV click on the button labeled: “Edit Mode” in the top right corner. This will allow you to modify each ytd file and replace each texture. Now inside the ytd file search for a file containing: “sign” and if the vehicle doesn’t have one just cycle through all the skins and find the image you need to replace. Then, right-click and select “replace”. A file explorer will open up, and here you can select the new file. Click open and the image will be imported.
Checking if the skin is applied correctly: You can check if the skin is applied correctly by opening (with OpenIV) the .yft of the vehicle. Once you are in game spawn the vehicle and see if you like the skin and if it’s applied correctly.

Check out the SecurityPlus.ini file for configuration! If you continuously get a "Code 4 - Disregard" message, try disabling the distance check!
 
How to uninstall the plugin (callouts):
1. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR\ and delete both "SecurityPlus.dll", and "SecurityPlus.ini"
2. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\audio\scanner\ and delete the folder "SECURITYPLUS"
3. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\data\custom\ and delete "agency_gru.xml", "duty_selection_gru.xml", "inventory_gru.xml", "outfits_gru.xml", and "stations_gru.xml"

How to uninstall the mod (vehicles):
1. With OpenIV Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ and delete the folder "gspack"
2. With OpenIV Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ and edit "dlclist.xml"
    Inside this file find the line that says "<item>dlcpacks:/gspack/</item>" and delete it, then save "dlclist.xml"
3. With OpenIV Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ and edit "extratitleupdatedata.meta"
    Inside this file find the set of lines that says: 
    <Item type="SExtraTitleUpdateMount">
        <deviceName>dlc_gspack:/</deviceName>
        <path>update:/dlc_patch/gspack/</path>
    </Item> 
    and delete that section of code, then save "extratitleupdatedata.meta"

Hey, did you want to make LASD texture for any vehicle but you couldn't find all the parts ? Or it is hard to get high quality logos and texts ?
Well EVERYTHING you need is here in one png file. (real logos, texts, numbers)
 
I uploaded a (transparent) image contains everything and put a folder has each item sparated, use whichever you are comfortible with.
You can see an example above (Sheriff Tahoe)
