I'm putting it at the bottom of the page, but within the <PoliceStations>

I've got a custom station that I'm writing, but it does not show up ingame. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

Turns out you cant. LSPDFR will take the agency that is the furthest down the chain (in my example, It'd be lssd.)

I'm trying to embed LSSD units into LSPD police stations, and I was wondering if I could just add another agency in stations.xml such as this: <Station> <Name>Rockford Hills Police Station</Name> <Agency>lspd</Agency> <Agency>lssd</Agency> Would this work? Could duplicating the station's entry but for LSSD be useful?
