    Couple of things:
    1. Re-install: SuperCallouts as you are missing CalloutInterfaceAPI file. Keep in mind, this goes into the Main Directory.
    2. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
    Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

    You mean it loads the plugins on startup. You can change that in the RPH Settings.

    Accessing the RPH Settings:

    From there, go to the Plugins tab and either select nothing to load on startup or select certain plugins to load on startup.
