    Appears that you are having a permissions issue. Right click your Main Directory folder and select Properties. In the window that opens, go to the Security Tab and select Advanced. Then give Full Control to the groups System, Administrator, and User. Then select the "Replace all child object perms" box. Hit OK.

    Then proceed to add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Once that is done, re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try again.
