  1. LSPDFR crashes to desktop while loading (no extra plugins)

    I have absolutly no extra plugins on GTA, but when i try to open through RPH it will suddenly stop after a few seconds and instantly quit to desktop. Ive only just installed this mod and would really apresiate some help.
