    try excluding your gta 5 folder from windows defender. path: settings (the application) > privacy and security > windows security > virus threat protection > virus and threat protection settings > manage settings > exclusions > then place your gta 5 folder where your lspdfr is currently at into the exclusions

    So I edited dispatch.meta then made the riot spawn instead of the sheriff suv or the FIB suv, then once i get to wanted level 4 or 5, i see a riot in the distance with nobody inside then it suddenly drives off without any people, does anyone know how to fix?
