I have been working on this pack for quite sometime, finally got to finish it, this pack includes the following vehicles.

There may be a few hiccups here and there, some vehicles have toggleable rambars and wraps and some dont, ill get to updating that sometime, there are some nice extras on some vehicles, extra12 is spotlight, and extra9 & 8 vary from car to car.

Information:
Happy September all! I thought I'd drop by and release another little pack. A lovely blue department pack, perfectly built for Paleto Bay. Lighting and visibility for the dark country roads, fast Charger's to catch speeders on the highways and of course, some off-road vehicles for the forest.
 
This mini-pack contains the following vehicles and their spawn names: 
PBPD1        - 2014 Charger
PBPBST1    - 2014 Charger Slicktop
PBPD2        - 2018 Charger
PBPBST2    - 2018 Charger Slicktop
PBPD3        - 2016 FPIU
PBPBST3    - 2016 FPIU Slicktop

These spawn names can also be found in the ReadMe. You can spawn these using a simple trainer in-game.
 
Features: 
Flashing lights Each vehicle has 4 liveries, changeable in using a trainer. All units have 4 liveries Slicktop units have 2 marked liveries and 2 ghost liveries. Cool looking lightbars This pack is all blue. These cannot be changed as it would upset the lighting patterns and design.

Based off of a Georgia Police Ghost unit, this pack started as a 2016 Dodge Charger and sprouted into the super ultra mega pack that it is now.
I released these on this day as a tribute to the victims of 9/11. It's an upsetting day for some families, individuals and communities. This is my way of supporting you. God bless.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.
But here is a way to install...
Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

I highly suggest using these as ADDONS. I do not replace vanilla cars in my game so I am unsure of how to replace vanilla vehicles!

Dodge Charger videos. All vehicles have basically the same light setup.

So, I started this pack as a little side project but it turns out people wanted this more than the big pack I was working on lol. Its a fictional sheriff's department pack. I saw .Chandler.'s recent sheriff texture pack and I just made cars that I felt fit the livery well.
