    Fixed this by reinstalling GTA V - seemed to have been a mod causing the issue but couldn't narrow down which one.

    10 hours later and I'm still awake trying to fix the issue. I've narrowed it down and believe it's to do with one of the EUP uniform packs, but I'm not entirely sure.

    I've been working on this for about 2 hours now. I installed LSPDFR manually and upon it asking me to create a character, it crashed while trying to load the character creation screen. I terminated GTA and downloaded a character thinking it was just a bug, but now crashing on character selection too.
