I found the solution, there was a pack in my patchday overwriting the police3 vehicle, I deleted that pack and it's working now, thanks for the support.

@Twuben It's the original police 3 vehicle, I downloaded a replace vehicle pack, put it in my files and its just now working, I really don't know how to explain this very much.

I fixed it. If you are having the same problem I will demonstrate how to fix it, download the replace vehicles you want, then go to this link https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/addon-creator-vehicles-v1-0-7ddf2ca5-ffdf-45e3-93f5-fd8fe36f3de5 , download that, name the addon as police, police2 police3 and so on. Make sure you go to your DLC Packs inorder for the addon to create it. after that put the YFT in x64, levels, gta 5, vehicles, vehicles.rpf , then go to mods, update, update.rpf , common, data, dlclist and import the names you have then click save. Your welcome and enjoy.

If you could help me out with this that would be great, Ive recently watched other youtubers that play lspdfr and there Vehicle Spawn Menu is completely different than mine, I don't know why. When I try to spawn my vehicles they look like this . But when they spawn theres, its a replace vehicle. Theres: Mine:

I installed replace vehicles but they are not working when I load in the car, ex: police 1, police 2 and police 3, fbi and fbi2. I uninstalled my mods folder and installed it again, that didn't work. I tried a different pack and that didn't work either. If you could help me get this fixed that'd be nice.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to re-install LSPDFR and tried to install Grand Theft Auto, but that didn't work, I took out all my plugins and mods, started it and it did the same thing. I have absolutely no idea how to fix this. I've been trying for 2 days.
