    So I tried to enable and disable my mods folder, but it still wouldn't work. I ultimately just ended up reinstalling OpenIV and that seemed to fix the problem because now my mods load in just fine! Thanks for your help through all of this.

    Thanks for getting back to me so quick. I installed the Gameconfig along with HeapAdjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster. However, I am unfamiliar with how to enable my _mods folder. Currently, this is how it sits...

    Hi, I've been off of LSPDFR for a while, so a lot has changed. I struggled getting LSPDFR to start because it kept crashing. Then I saw that I needed to make a new mods folder entitled, "_mods." I did that and the crashes stopped. However, now I don't have any uniforms or cars, so I've been trying to load my installed PD cars into the game, but whenever I click on FBI2 or Police3 or whatever, it just loads up the standard GTA5 police cars. I believe I'm installing the cars properly, but if I'm not, I'd greatly appreciate any help! Thanks
