    PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000 not 6000 Venoxity.Common - idk with what plugins it comes from but I doubt it should be placed at gta5/plugins folder EUP menu also crash at loading time - check your wardrobe.ini file cuz perhaps some of your saved outfit overwrite this file wrong Make sure to use newest version of Traffic Policer converted by Sparky for current versions of lspdfr cuz original one was made long time ago

    Renaming to _mods disables everything what is inside this folder so its normal your addon or replaced files doesn't work at this moment.
     
     As for second issue - maybe u have installed things like gameconfig, heapadjuster and packflielimit adjuster at your 1 pc and forgot about this at second one?

    1. You can try temporally remove (1 by 1) drmaynards Callouts, Forestry Callouts, HWY Callouts and Yobbin Callouts to check if this help - tbh I doubt it's fault of this plugins but it won't hurt to check. If it won't help feel free to add it back
     
     
    2. I would also take a look at your gta5\plugins -> temporally remove (1 by 1) DebuggTackle, Persistent Weapon Flashlight and Scene Manager. Same as above - if it won't change anything feel free to add it back

    I suggest temporally remove Custom pullover and Safer chases - both of them are outdated and can cause issue

    Something makes your game to not load lspdfr as it should be. Attach RagePluginHook file (.txt or .log file in your main gta5 folder)

    Mods issue, install custom gameconfig, packfile limit adjuster, heapadjuster.
     
    If this won't help - you have to find what mod that u installed cause problem. If it's not possible then u have to delete your current mods folder and start with it from 0

    No, cuz we know that problem is with your mods folder... perhaps smh from deleted things still is there and cause issue so now only you can find and fix it. Sorry that I can't help more, gl

    There is nothing about ACC and Compulite, also logs say UB and STP is NOT installed (callout interface also is shown as NOT installed if you need it), make sure that you have installed it correctly

    If this help then rename it back to mods and try install: gameconfig, packfile limit adjuster and heapadjuster - if this won't help and your game still gonna crash -> something in your mods folder cause issue so you can try find this and remove or if you can't find it then you have to start with your mods folder from 0

    Download gameconfig and choose option that you need.. every folder has own multiplier for vehicles and peds so choose wisely and adapt for your pc performance

    Missing textures after some time are mostly caused by high graphic settings + a lot of mods (or few mods but rly heavy ones) and plugins, sometimes game need more time to load textures cuz your pc just didn't get info about them in right time

    Yeah, things like add-ons (vechicles, clothes, weapons etc) - same with replacement - can cause fps drops too if everything is in rly high quality - it's worth to remember
     
    As for your plugins - they seems ok for me, only Variety Callouts caught my attention cuz it seems quite outdated (last update at 2020) so for me it would be first thing to check. Also remember to keep up date rest of your plugins.
     
     If you don't know what callouts pack you should use to avoid problem then here you have some inspiration. Maybe soon I will update my post there too
