  2. how to fix speech engine is not running. Consult the RagePluginHook.log fil

    kayden69015 posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    its so annoying ause everything works and then i go and press Rmenu and says speech engine not running and i have watched many videos and they all say go to launguage and make it my primary one and i have done that but still doesent work. any fixes?
