I finally got the game working but now every time while rage is loading it says there was an issue executing ELS.asi. Can someone help? RagePluginHook.log

My game has been messed up for a while but I thought I fixed it but now LSPDFR never loads in it just crashes.I've tried everything that has fixed it before but none of that has worked. It says the problem is with EUP so i'm sure I did something wrong can anyone help me? The problem is definitely related to EUP because I've tried to reinstall it and all the things and now instead of the plugins menu having a EUP folder it just has the EUPmenu app extension with nothing else please someone help me with this RagePluginHook.log

After a few seconds of starting the game it crashes. The opening scene where the police lights start flashing after a few seconds it crashes. I have reinstalled the game and even lspdfr, ive deleted many mods, and I have turned off load all plugins. Its been like this for a while.

Now if I click to start RAGEPlugin or try to start the LSPDFR setup I get this "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software." This is with my AV disabled.

I have re-downloaded LSPDFR and got the new script hook update and it's started to work when I disable my AV but when it gets to the screen to load the actual game the right bottom corner says loading LSPDFR. It just sits on the black screen with that in the corner for at least ten minutes where it usually takes maybe 1 minute.

I tried that it's not the tint of the vehicles. I even will go and modify the vehicles tint and that still doesn't work. And to unitedOrange66 I just thought it was a LSPDR issue because it's only on LSPDFR vehicle's my bad.

On all my cars i've installed the lights aren't working. The lights on the tail lights flash but not the light bar. Can anyone help me out?

No now it just crashed as soon as I spawned in. I watched a yt video and changed some things up. RagePluginHook.log
