i found one comment that said you need to install these https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-6.0.0-windows-x64-installer and https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.0-windows-x64-installer and drag and drop these files https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/cpgdv7x4pftrh3vc7gjyl/Grand-Theft-Auto-V-Legacy.rar?e=2&file_subpath=%2FNAudio.dll&rlkey=k9mqt9bnf397rt2ryurmnrdvs&st=21dwdo16&dl=0 in your gta directory, i did that and it worked for me, but now it crashes for some reason. *Edit, you need to restart your pc after installing the microsoft things.
