i cant even play it because it kicks me off every time its so annoying

its just so annoying random things happen to your game and sometimes their are no fixes online

im not sure how to fix it. Ive just been playing and it has kicked me off again and their are no solutions, its getting to the point where i cant finish one traffic stop without it happening

When playing gta 5 lspdfr it all loads up correctly but after 20 minutes or so the game shows this error message (see 1st image) and then exits the game and shows me this (see image 2) I have got rid of my callouts and it is still showing up. This has been happening for a few days now ive looked on youtube and their is no fix for this from what i have found so if anyone knows anything please help me, thanks.
