To be honest, it took me some major effort to install it. But looking at a generic way to add add-ons and processing that in the dlcpacks.xml worked partially. The meta is in the wrong location but others already mentioned a working fix for that. It is working now, for all vehicles except speed7 so I simply removed that vehicle. I enjoy the pack, the quality is really high. Putting some research in Jurisdictions+ and setting up all the vehicles was very rewarding. I also added relevant ambulances and firetrucks from medic's packs and gave every agency their own siren pack. This is really awesome. To be honest, it took me some major effort to install it.
