i hade Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) crashing every time you launch it after i fix the RPH porblem. I were able to resolve the problem by removing the mods folder for the EUP pack and the installed cars, and it worked. So, I went ahead and reinstalled the EUP pack, the cars, and everything else and then every thing worked

fix it. if anyone have the same problem then you can try to disabling Windows Defender and start RPH.

I have the same problem. RPH wont start and the cursor on the screen has a loading symbol, then it just stops.

My RPH wont open. when i klikk on it, the loading circle on the mouse just works for 4 seconds and then noting happens. then i try again and still nothing happen. do anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it? i have tryed to download a older verion and then Rage Plugin hook opens and work as it shoud. but with this new version it wont.
