    OK I believe I have it figured out.  In case anyone else is having the same issue - tap shift after launching RageHook, goto the advanced tab, and under game settings check the "force windowed mode" option.  This actually let the plugins load and allowed me to goto to the police stations and go on duty (I switched back to full screen after going on duty without issue).

    Rename mods to _mods, EXACT same stuff happening to me as well, probably an outdated vehicle mod or something, hope they find a fix

    Yeah its the only temp fix that works for me, every other "fix" I've tried doesnt work, idk if we have to wait for script hook to update or something. My guess is that Right now, there is no permanent solution, so we may have to wait. If you find one let us know bruz 🤑
