okay i did all of that installed it re installed it and tried to open it and still nothing

so i cant it just says action replay and the car mod is i have tried both els versions .5 and .0 and non work also i have all the plugin and stuff and it is installed right on open iv

I have installed all els files and everything installed all scrip hooks and everting but it just wont work and the vehicles lights are like stuck blue or red RagePluginHook_22022024_181939.log ELS.log

only plugins i use are eup compulite stop the ped and ultimate backup and els RagePluginHook_07122023_041337.log
